Ordering

Orders must be approved, confirmed & payment remitted before being placed, unless you have Net Terms set up with Better Ideas.
Reorders: Please
reference your most recent purchase order with us. Your order information is kept on
file for 24 months and contact us directly.
Credit
Policy: For
New accounts, a credit application must accompany your
order. Please allow 5 days for processing. In
some instances it may be necessary for new orders to be
pre-paid. Orders will not ship without credit approval
or prepayment. We accept Visa, MasterCard and American
Express through Pay Pal. All Credit Card Invoices with incur a 3% up charge.
Over/Underrun:
Although exact quantities are a goal, variance occur, a 5% TO 10% over/under run is in effect for this product & will be billed accordingly.
Imprinting
Information
Location: Unless
otherwise specified, your imprint will be "centered" within
the printable area, due to product construction,
may not be the exact center of the bag.
Imprinting
Colors: Please specify your PMS imprint color. Color matching charges may apply. Exact
color matches are not available. PMS colors will vary on colored bags.
Additional Charges
Imprinting Charges: A
one time plate/screen/engraving/debossing (etc) charge may apply & very from manufacturer to manufacturer.
Less
Than Minimum: Ordering less than required by the manufacturer a charge may apply.
Split
Shipments: A charge may apply to split an order up into multiple shipping locations.
Cancellations: Cancellations
must be in writing and are subject to all incurred costs,
including, set-up, art and plates charges.
